This guide explains how to connect your Whop account to Hurry. Before entering your Whop credentials, you need to set up a subdomain from which the checkout will be served.

Step 1. Set up the checkout domain

Each payment gateway uses a dedicated subdomain to display the checkout. A typical setup uses a subdomain such as:
This subdomain is the address from which the checkout is shown to your customers.

Create the DNS record

Go to your domain’s DNS panel and create an A record with the following settings:

Once the DNS record has propagated, you can continue setting up Whop.
Note: DNS propagation can take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours depending on your domain provider.

Step 2. Enter the API keys

In the Whop Dashboard, go to the Developer section:

Create a new API key

IMPORTANT: Select the “Owner” role when creating the API key. If you don’t, the connection will not work correctly.

To get the Company ID, just look at the URL in your browser while in Whop. It always starts with biz_XXXXX

Step 3. Gateway name

Give this connection a name to identify it. This name is internal only and is useful when one store uses several Whop accounts. Examples:
  • Main Whop
  • Whop Spain
  • Whop Europe

Step 4. Traffic percentage

Set the percentage of payments you want to send to this Whop account. If you only have one gateway connected, you can leave the value at 100%. If you use several gateways, you can split traffic between them by whatever percentage you want.

Step 5. Save

Once all fields are filled in, click Save. Hurry automatically checks the connection with Whop and sets up the required webhooks internally, so you don’t need to configure anything else in Whop.

Done!

Your Whop account is now connected and ready to start processing payments. If you want to add another Whop account or any other supported gateway in the future, just repeat this process.
